K-9 Komfort Center Ring 1" TufFlex Collar

Post by AHGSP » Sat May 09, 2009 1:08 pm

Has anyone tried these collars? Thoughts or opinions? They look like PermaTack, but at about half the cost, which is important when you're buying 10-20 collars at a time for a Kennel.

Bruce - that is the very same collar that Cash has been wearing for the last 6-8 months. He actually has that collar in three different collars (because I couldn't settle on a color choice). He's rocking the white one today and looks like he's headed to a wedding. I love the collars. They are priced excellently and stand up great. The name plates on Cash's collar haven't shown any sign of fading or chipping and he's been wearing them daily since last hunting season started. The material seems to be some sort of soft rubber. It's been very durable for me (I had to cut Cash's first collar to shorten it and it was difficult with a scissors) and they still look new. On top of that, the collars wont absorb scent the way a leather or nylon collar does. Cash rolled in a dead coon this morning and you'd never guess it from smelling his collar (there wasn't enough soap in the house to get the smell out off him though). All-in-all, I'd give the collars a resounding thumbs up.

I've been using these for over a year. Best I've found for the money.

Great collar I have had one for over a year on my young dog. Getting ready to buy one for the older one. They also spend a lot of time in the water as well as the field. Great collar.

Bruce I deal with them so, if you want some let me know. I have some on stock. I traded all my Dayglo off and now only carry Tuff flex.
