GSP Coughing in water

Post by jt807 » Fri May 08, 2009 10:58 am

When my 2 year old GSP swims, she coughes about every 15 seconds. Just one cough. She has always done it. Is this normal, or should I worry about it or keep her out of the water?

Perfectly normal. Some dogs are more sensitive to water in the throat than others.

That is good to hear. So I don't need to put her down?
