Setter Training

Post by TexasAggie09 » Fri Oct 17, 2008 8:29 pm

Here are some picutures of my english setter working some bobwhites. Scout is a little over a year old and is getting tuned up for the upcoming season here in texas. Just thought i would share it with yall.

This is Scout with his trainer. He is getting him in shape for the season. Its hard to road dogs when you live in the city :(

It was good to see him work birds. He will be out in west texas the next two weeks doing quail population surveys for the Texas parks and Widlife department. Can't wait to get out with him once the season opens.

Nice looking dog! Man what I wouldn't do for a TX quail hunt this season... first time in years I haven't made it down.
