Those 2 litters are old litters, just still on his site. My pup is from a trudy daughter, bred to quincy. The bitch is his personal Gundog, the only thing he said was that she had alot of chrome on her lol. I really like the pup, thanks for all the kind words

Thanks for all the compliments, I took him to the lake the second day i had him and he followed me in the water and started swmming I was stoked. He will in all likely hood never be hunted just a well trained companion, there arent very many bird hunting opportunities in central florida.

You can do hunt tests. If you can train a bird dog like you train obedience, you'll have a Master Hunter in no time!!

Hey, Pup is doing great just trying to socialize him brought him to the flea market yesterday and pet supermarket he was pulling everything off the shelves. lol

I have brought him to the lake a few times and he will follow me in and swim, he carries everything around in his mouth. He likes to play fetch but i am having to finnesse him as he gets possesive and dosent want to give it back all the time. I started doing dixie cup drills with him and he really likes those. When i get a chance i will take a few more pics. I dont know how big quincy is ht wt wise, but he is going to be smaller i believe.

yeah I am not sure of the size of quincy either, I never thought to ask. its funny you mentioned the size because caliber is now 24 inches at the shoulder at 8 months just measured him and belle tonight as she looked bigger than him to me and she is only 6 months but I think he Cal will end up right inside the AKC standards which is 23-25 inches for dogs at the shoulder when he is done growing. I believe he is getting close to his max height now.. Belle on the other hand I think is gonna be one big girl she measured in at 24 inches also at the shoulder the same as Cal and an inch longer than Cal in length and she has some huge feet on her that looks like shes still got some growing into to do, and as I mentioned above she's only 6 months old I wouldn't be surprised at all to see her outgrow Cal in the next month or 2..

well perhaps the measurments of Cal will help you figure a little bit about where your pup will be size wise since they both had the same sire.
