Help with a couple pics? (classic points)

Post by EddieF » Wed Aug 20, 2008 5:50 am

I have a blog, it's mostly a fly fishing blog but I talk about everything and nowadays I'm talking a lot about my upcoming wirehaired Vizsla. The blog is here:

http://www.flyfishin.blogspot.com/

Anyway, I got this funny picture from the breeder, the pups are four weeks old now. I thought it'd be funny to write a post about the noble gun dog, show like three examples of really magnificent dogs in classic points, and then show this goofball photo of one of my dog's littermates...

So if anyone has a classic point photo that will contrast nicely against this ridiculous display that I can put on my blog, please post them here with your dog's name!

Thanks.

No problem. I'm biased to pointers but I know there are many pics that the members here have I'm sure. Is that your pup in the picture you posted?

It's no big deal, just kind of a way to poke fun at a goofy picture by pointing out how magnificent a bird dog can become. I appreciate you taking the time.

I don't actually know which one is mine yet, we're not selecting until we pick them up. I can't even tell if that's a boy or a girl (they're wearing color coded ribbons but I can't see that either), but I'm getting a girl, and I choose 3rd (or 4th if the breeder decides to keep one) out of six females. So worst case I'll have three to choose from.

Don I can see why you like to post pictures, you've got some great ones!

And I also see that you appreciate what I'm trying to do here, by throwing in your own goofball picture at the end there!

Thanks everyone. I'll get that post up tonight and let you know.

Quick question: Kahle and White Boy, who can I thank for those pictures? I plan on captioning like "Buddy (thanks to Don)"

My apologies, sir! I stand corrected. I should have given him the benefit of the doubt that he was pointing spare change in the couch cushions. :D
