Question about AKC Spaniel Hunt Tests.

Post by bobspheasant » Sun Mar 02, 2008 7:24 pm

I have been reading the AKC rule book for Spaniel Hunt Tests but I have never been to one. They say the tests are for "flushing spaniels" does this leave the Brittney out? Where they go to run a hunt test NAVDA?
Scott

Hunting is all about the dog. When we get some birds to bring home it's just icing on the cake.

I think every pointing dog club in the country run a couple of tests a year. I know we have at least 5 clubs run tests spring and fall at Des Plaines.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!

Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.
