There was a discussion on the Upland Journal forum about a month or so ago about trying to get one of those in New England.

I am going to the BDC Nationals at the end of the month and will be talking with Mr. Sojka about trying to get an event happening early fall in New England somewhere. Would not be opposed to helping get one going close to the coast farther South as the family loves the water. If you know of places where it could run and maybe a vehicle for informing those that would be interested, let me know.

I would be interested in running in one of those events. Could be fun.
The best part of training is seeing the light come on in your little prot'eg'e.

Isn't the Upland Classic series similar to the BDC? I know they have events on the east coast. Just wondering.
I'd rather live on the side of a mountain, than wander through canyons of concrete and steel.
