Kona's First time on birds.

Post by jcbuttry8 » Sat Jul 02, 2011 9:49 pm

Just thought I would share some photo's of Kona. We have been spending some time in the field when it is not to hot which is not often but here are some photos.

Kona with her favorite of all pheasants.

Kona with her first point on a pigeon in the field.

Kona on some surprise ducks on the pond where we work. Neither of us knew they were there.

Thanks for the words. She is now 15 weeks old and much to fun. We will be leaving for the adirondacks soon and she is coming with us. I can't wait to get her out in the woods and the water.

Can I ask what does the 88 mean?

yeah, just got used to using it. I was an earnhardt sr fan and then a JR. fan. The hunting club i am in all of us have call numbers for radio use. Keeps us from having to use names, and everyone of us use the number for the drivers we like. We use them all the time at the club and now even if we call each other we use the call numbers. In Jersey we hunt deer from Sept to Feb. half a year using the call numbers you get used to it.

Yeah I have heard that before, but for me it is something completely different. I've had it for two years and don't wanna change it. Besides I have never been one to care what others think about anything I do. My wife tells me that it is because i'm an %$#hole.

My wife uses "eighty8" as her email address but hers is because there are 88 keys on a piano and she plays!

Ok I read this and being a naive country boy had to look eighty eight up on urban dictionary. You might want to find a new favorite driver.....I laughed for at least 5 minutes...my side hurts! You learn something new everyday!

I just had to look it up too. The funny thing is I grew up with Joe and he is half Mexican and all redneck so it is a bit ironic to use 88 considering the urban meaning.
