MY favorite activity besides dogs is downhill skiing. I headed to Colorado last week to get some early season skiing. I was surprised how much snow cover there was. I even got some powder when a part of the mountain was newly opened. Couple pictures from the trip.

I am on the water as much as I can. I take the dogs with me. Here is my toy. I added a ski pylon so I wouldn't have to buy another boat and my son loves wakeboarding. I get dirty looks from fellow Ranger owners all the time.

It is always about the dogs. I drive my wife nuts! :P

But beginning this year I bought myself a lathe and I am working on building my own duck calls. Turning my own inserts too not just the barrel. Never even used a lathe in my life and it is so much fun and as such addicting! Just turned these prototype inserts this afternoon that are waiting to get sanded and cut in the jig. Now my daughter and I are going to drive my wife even more crazy!

Oh, Bill you should be selling your art to like-minded dog people. Your sculpture captures the expression and posture of the dog perfectly. Don't hide your light under a bushel, as they say, got anymore pictures?
