Very cool!! I had looked at buying eggs off eBay. Definitely not cheap if you can even find them. Next one going to be a mearns?

I have Mearns eggs starting to come now,problem with Mearns there is so much interbredding in them the fertility is really low! Need new blood!

Please post more pictures of the rare quail if you get a chance. I don't think too many people here have seen either. I have a female mearns here in the freezer. I'm waiting for a definite ID on a male before I squeeze the trigger on a mearns again.
Do you also raise any of the tragopans, wood ducks or mandarins?
