BBQ Mop and Injections

Mop
1 can beer of choice
1/2 cup each olive oil, cider vinegar, prepared yellow mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 onion finely chopped
1 hot pepper of choice seeds and stem removed, finely chopped
Pork Injection
1 cup each pineapple and apple juice (you can try it with 2 cups apple)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup salt
2 tablespoons each Worcestershire, soy sauce, hot sauce (I like Tiger sauce)
1 cup dry mustard Powder
Beef Injection
2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup Worcestershire
1 teaspoon each onion and garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne. Or more. Or less.
