It’s really a basic sweet tomato BBQ sauce with a sriracha bite. Made it tonight to put on grilled pork chops.
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons sriracha
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
You can mix up the soy and teriyaki any way that you want. You can add more sriracha than called for. I did. A little more garlic, too.
Just put it in a sauce pan on super low and let it come up to a temperature where all the ingredients will blend together. Don’t boil it. You can let it get thick, but don’t let it dry out.
Hope y’all like it.

Re: Sriracha BBQ Sauce
It is pretty good. The sriracha adds a nice little bite to the sweet sauce.
I really need to add the rub that I make in here. It’s works with the sauce.
