best venison spice

I grew winter savory in my garden last year. This is the best herb ever on venison! I usually cook a roast or tenderloin in the oven with carrots, potatoes, and sometimes onions. Salt, pepper & winter savory on venison; olive oil, salt, garlic and some savory on the veggies. Cover with foil and bake. Enjoy!
