Since dove season is around the corner....

1 large bottle of Italian dressing
1pkg cream cheese
2T of Taco seasoning, old bay, whatever seasoning you like. I have a chipotle and lime seasoning
2 med Jalapeno
Bacon

We take dove breasts marinade in Italian dressing, a few hours at least, preferably overnight.
Season cream cheese to your liking....I like to use 2T of my chipotle and lime seasoning, best if cream cheese is set out to soften some, dice jalapenos small add to cream cheese.
Stuff dove breats with cream cheese mix fold up wrap in bacon and grill or smoke..

Chip

you could wrap a pine cone in bacon and smoke it ......and it'll be out of this world... we like the jalapenos stuffed with cream and cheddar cheese wrapped in bacon and smoked....
