dawgmama, Post some pics of the new horse for us to look at. I almost made the trip to go look at him, but it was a 20+ hour drive for me.

Vonrommel, I tried to post from my pictures, too big, tried from photobucket, not working tonight, sorry. I was up part of the night with my dog that is sick from Lyme disease, I'll try again soon.

He is a really nice horse, all black. He hadn't been ridden since Thanksgiving, Iowa has a boatload of snow. My friend, who bought him is not a super confident rider, and his pasture mate was galloping around the paddock. She was riding in the driveway since there was so much darn snow, and the horse didn't get all fizzed up because of his buddy running around. That really impressed us. I know my horse would have been jigging in place, and wanting to turn around to go back by his buddy. We are really looking forward to going horse camping and trail riding with this guy.
