Upgrade miscues

Just noticed..
Since the BB upgrade, when you quote a person's text by clicking the quote button (to include their name), the quote will not post properly.

There is a couple different things you can do to fix the quote problem.
Easiest is to set "Allow HTML" to NO.
This fixes it a lot of times.
The other is a little more involved.
Hopefully the above fix will work.
You can set it in your profile to not allow HTML until they get around to doing it on the server side and it should fix your problem.

The HTML check certainly was the culprit! Off by default now, eh?
We sure can complain Grant, thanks for fixing it all up for us.
