I will admit that you should not run a dog on a full stomach, but what about one large feeding at night? I have never heard of more than five days for an antibiotic for a dog. Think I would go with the vets recommendation and not what someone says on the net. When you say sratch up a few birds you must then know about the DNR's bleak outlook for Pheasants this year. SW was down 82% from last year so you may be wearing out some boot leather to fill a days limit. But... still better than sittin home.

Yeah it's fairly similar except the Prairie Storm ammo combines Flitestopper nickel plated shot (30%) along with standard copper plated shot (70%).
I see they also now have "Blackcloud Snow goose". I'll have to hand it to Federal, their marketing program is hard at work.

Amitraz worksgreat on ticks - same chemical in Preventic collars. Another vote for Preventic collars. I think they are superior to Frontline in the fact that they seem to prevent ticks from attaching altogether. At least that has been my experience and the collar lasts up to 3 months. Coconut oil...it is a solid and easy to transport. It also won't cause any digestive issues because it is digested like a carbohydrate more or less. Preventic collar. Frontline alone didnt cut it for my dogs. I'll have to agree with the doc here. I've used Atopica in the past. Worked very well. As the Doc stated it is rather expensive. Good thing is that if it works you can then taper the dosage down making a bit more live able.

The Hunting with Hank series and later Upland days with Dez and Dash was discontinued. I always enjoyed those shows even though many were shot on preserves.

I doubt pedialyte is going to cause any problems when used to help keep a dog hydrated during the runs.
