Been using Ivomec as well for some time and no problems.
Do any of you treat for other parasites that Ivomec does not treat eg. (tapeworms, hookworms, roundworms etc..) I've started using "Safe guard" (Fenbendazole) twice a year a broad spectrum dewormer. It also works on Giardia.

I used some Black Cloud in 1oz #3's this year for Phez and they did a pretty good job. I wouldn't say any better than my favorite lead load, but certainly adequate for steel.

Not sure what you consider mild up their in WA, but if temps rarely get below freezing, I would opt for an uninsulated pair. Just get them big enough to allow a mid weight sock.

I was told by our local Tractor supply that they are no longer carrying or supplying the Native brand food. Didn't really go into details other than to say that Kent refused to sell to them because they are selling the Purina line in store.

Last weekend I picked up some Federal "Black Cloud" FS Steel in a 2 3/4" 1oz #3's. ($16.99/box of 25). These are supposed to be the real deal on ducks, so we'll see how they do on late season Phez.

The least expensive option is steel shot which will work quite well for Phez. You should be able to find a good variety of brands.
