Yes, it looks like a Histiocytoma.
The good news is these usually self resolve with-in 3 months. The bad news is they are difficult to distinguish from a mass cell tumor (cancer) that requires removal.

I also find it worrisome when an old dog goes off its feed. You know your dog best, but I wouldn't wait too long before seeing a vet if the appetite doesn't rebound.

So I just quizzed my son (11) about greens vs candy. He chose greens because candy could give you type-2 diabetes, make you lackadaisical, and would lead to poor health.
