I think it was maybe a griffon. I will look one up . The spinone I think is a smaller dog. Spinone males go up to 27 inches and 90 - 100lbs, like mine. They also come in White & Orange. I get them from the Spinone Group on Facebook. You can sign up for emails from a free pet food recall alert website somewhere.

My friend owns a store and he was aware of TOTW a few days ago. He is done with it and will replace that price point with Earthborn.

Are you assuming each dog needs 1200 calories per day? The dogs kcal requirement is based on what you currently feed, so if you feed 2.5 cups of Annamaet Ultra your dog needs 1200 kcals per day. 3 cups equals 1440 kcals. Ezzy,

If you had to bet, was the catalyst of this recall complaints from customers with sick dogs or it being caught by the company. You would think the company missed it if the food made it to the shelves. I am willing to bet there was a bunch of complaints.

If you are going to add dairy, then go with goat milk yogurt. Goat milk is far easier to digest and virtually every supermarket has the quart containers of whole plain yogurt.

If you have access to fresh milk make your own yogurt in a small igloo cooler and warm water bath. It is amazingly easy.

Canned is just too expensive. One can a day is another bag of food over a month's time.

For much less money you can add raw chicken necks and backs if you wanna add some wet food.

Those are great for keeping teeth clean.
