I just clip my dogs vaccination tags and name/address tags together. That provides just enough jingle to keep track of them in heavy cover, but not too loud.

I run three or four miles a day and do upper and lower body workouts at least twice a week. It has nothing to do with staying in shape for hunting though. The Army makes me do it at O-dark thirty every morning.
