mine are out all day too. they come in alot but not every night.usually stay out first of winter until it gets into low 30's . i just enjoy having them in.

a good pic of pups is hard to beat. must of took 75 yesterday.the pup in my avatar was 11 months at the time. now he is 15 months. can't get enough.

i use to own nothing but females[ have 2 now] but also have a male that is the sweetest and easiestever to train . really tears it up in the field but in the house is the best.never has marked in the house probably because of the females, no males around.

JUST PICKED UP DOUGIE( PICTURED IN MY AVATAR) on FRYDAY. HE WAS ALL BUSINESS WHILE BRENDA WORKED HIM, GOT HIM HOME AND HE WAS THE SAME SWEET DOG AS BEFORE. HE HAS SPENT THE LAST THREE DAYS IN THE HOUSE WITH MY OTHER TWO GSPS. GLAD TO HAVE HIM HOME.

I HAVE 3 SKB O/U I SHOOT .CAN ONLY THINK OF ONCE IN THE LAST 10 YEARS ON PHEASANT THAT I NEEDED THE EXTRA SHELL . ALSO HAVE A 870 THAT I'VE HAD FOR 36 YEARS. IT'S WORTH MORE TO ME THAN MY SKB'S BUT USE MY 20 ALL THE TIME . HUNT IN NEB LAST 10 YEARS. GET IT OUT . YOU WON'T BE SORRY.

in 2006 i took my then 15 1/2 yr old gsp to nebraska and she pointed birds just fine .she was deaf and barely could see but she could still find birds
