I have twice done something worse,,,my oldest bich is an all age run off,,,when she was younger she would be gone for a couple of hours,at pine island,,,I would just work other dogs while she was gone....twice I left and drove home,,about 30 minutes,,and when I opened her stall up in the dog trailer...

loose stools can be anything from something the dog ate,,to parvo...
other possibilites are worms,coccidia,( a protazoa).....
I doubt it is parvo,,the dog would be vomiting,,and the stool would smell like dead fish......but If the loose stool continues, have a stool sample checked by your vet....
