Sometimes we treat with bits of hotdog, the boy gets nasty after that.
Good thing folks have not learned his "brand" it's like when the kids were little, you can crack one off and pick up the nearest kid and exclaim, "someone needs a change".

No snot at all, not sure how you would tell if a dog has a feaver (dry nose?) But for the most part he seems the equivalent of me with a cold that is trailing off. So I think I am dealing with kennel cough, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kennel_cough. On Sunday I was really conserned and just about took him to the vet, but by Monday he was keeping food down and his energy seemed normal. At this point he does the odd cough in a relaxed state, if he gets worked up...

That might depend on context, my pup(8 month old LM) decided on his own he was not ready to get into the truck and went for a run, he nearly gave me a heart attack for two reasons, one his little run took him the better part of a mile away and onto unknown quality ice. his little elipse got smaller ...

How controled is the pups access to food and water, if you control when it goes in you can predict it coming out. Some folks I know feed them, then put them in the crate for an hour then take them out. The book "How to house train your dog in 7 days" used that as one of the pillars of that method. I...
