Re: Feed store dropped Loyall
In addition to your Ag. store. I dropped Loyall as well. They priced it out of my zone. My choices were to pay $37.99/40lbs or drive an additional 50 mile to get it at $32.99/40 lbs. or drop it completely.

We have beat this dead horse about 1000 times on here. There are lots of OPINIONS on what is best and not true facts and what is actually best. I feed what I can afford for 9 dogs. Fed ProPlan for a long time. They outpriced themselves. Been feeding Loyall for the last 2-3 years. Now they've outpriced themselves. Will wait until after hunting season to switch again. Probably go Propac or diamond. Taste of the Wild is Diamond's brand. They h...

I'm worried about taking my dogs out this weekend with the youth deer hunt on. I'll probably get them out anyway, but I'll pick and choose the right CA's. It sucks that the first three weekends of quail season coincide with deer hunters. But we know what makes the MDC more money.

I should have mentioned too that with the dog training permit, you have to have a site posted as a dog training area and yes, Elsah, you have to harvest those birds.
I have read those reports as well. Pen-raised birds will not survive long enough to establish breeding populations.
