have you tried disciplining him? a slap on the muzzle or grabbing the scruff of his neck while giving a no. sounds like it could be a discipline thing. thanks. coturnix are easier to come by. and there is a live poultry shop by me, but the owners jet say "quail" thats why i wanted to know if there was a visible difference. they look like bobwhite but I'm not totally sure.
