that particular litter probally was way closer to inbred then line bred
she was a heck of a bird dog ,but it was enough to steer me to different blood lines

i bought a line breed mosegaurd puppy she outlived her entire littermates,she died at age 7 from cancer,the entire litter of 10 or 12 all died of cancer!

i would think there isnt alot of scent on the ground with planted birds.

i have a solid liver female, ill post pics later on this month,she knocked my socks off ,i hunted with my trainer last year ,he kept shacking his head on another female that he finished for me ,all he could say was intense
but she doesnt hold a candle to this new solid liver i have
