Re: Bobcat
Dogs picked up the track at the edge of a food plot on paper company lease land. They tracked it to a stand of young pine where I lost sight of them. I heard them open up so I knew it was fresh scent or in sight. They ran it all the way to the National Forest boundary where it went up the first tree...

Nice Kennels Georgia Boy. A very well Thought out design. Depending on someone's dog #s this would work awesome. More dogs just add a few more kennels etc. Thinking of putting a whelping/sick bay in my barn and want to use the concrete block this time around, used wood before and it gets chewed and...

Georgiaboy, that is a very sharp set up you have. I would love to be able to put together something like that for my next kennel. Did you ever insulate the building? I bird hunt, rabbit hunt, and deer hunt. My preferred method of deer hunting is archery. I have a Bavarian Mountain hound i trained and use to track many many deer. Some we never found but many we do. I can say with 100% confidence that I recover twice as many deer as I would without a dog. Remarka...

We require tests on all females with in the last 30 days that come into our kennel for breeding and test our stud dog too. We require it of outside males we use also. It only cost us $30-35.00 here, simple blood draw.

Sounds like the dog was not properly socialized or exposed to many different things and environments. These things are critical in the development of a pup between 3-6 months. It is also possible the "trainer" wore camouflage clothing regularly and the dog associates it with some negative experience...

It really depends on what you want out of the dog as a "finished product". I don't think you could ruin it but you may make it harder to get the dog steady if it is breaking on the flush or shot now.

I would put him back on the table (if you used one) and revisit the hold command (if you used it) and go back over proper mouth habits with game.
