An AA FC title in a pup's pedigree would not rule him out for me, but for many it would. They sell for half what a well bred MH or NAVHDA Pup sells for. Big Sky Dog Transport hauled my GSP pup there. I have a transporter for across the border if you need that as well.

When you go onto the screen for that collar there should be an edit button that will allow you to rename it. You don't need to reinstall a collar just to change the name.

For 3k you can buy a really nice 2 or 3 year old prospect that has spent a couple years on the prairie. Good bird dog, doesn't have enough run or style, or proper gait for a field trial.

I'm not sure I would spend $3000 on a 7 year old dog, especially when there are better options out there.

FWIW. My penny's worth . Urban myth that Gsp's as a breed mature any older or younger than any other. Running 3 miles on tarmac road is harder for a dog with pads than one running 3 mile on heather. I think a financial investment in yourself would do you a ton of good at this point. Find a method that you like and use it. I would recommend Hunsmith or Perfection Series. Thays exactly what any dog does that has lot of wild bird experience. Doesnt matter I'd it's a hunting dog, trial dog or test dog. I have never seen a dog picked up for relocating before a flushing attempt.
