Re: anyone else splitting wood??
It's a woodmaster 4400. I think the outside dimensions are something like 5'W X 6' L It has a 48" Firebox and 2ft door. It's a hog on wood but, wood heat is warm and CHEAP!

Re: bark collar use ?
Not sure what the issue is with the Sport Dog bark collar. I have six of them and a buddy has ten of them. They have worked great for us for the past year and a half. I only put mine on when I don't want the dogs barking, otherwise I'm in the country and don't care. My dogs are several hundred yards...

Re: TT Pro 100 G2 vs. Pro 200 G2
I just bought a Pro 100 G2 with 3 collars. I cant wait to get it and try it out. You will really like it. I've never had a problem gettting to the center position. The only time I could see a possible problem is if you have thick winter gloves on but then any of the positions might be a little toug...

I really like the head crank. It's stylish. To each their own I guess. CG, that little female came out of the box with a head crank and awesome tail! I have a littermate brother to her that is stylish but nothing like she is.

Don't worry about it if your not planning on breeding him or showing him. It will have no effect on the way he finds birds. After reading the other posts I should have put to make sure and check to see how bad it is. As long as it isn't to bad I wouldn't worry about it. Good Luck.

Shipping to MO is going to run you around $75. If he's only used it once I would go for it.

LOL! Leave the bobs down for at least two weeks and then let them free fly. You want unflown pigeons, the younger the better. If they have flown out of the previous loft they are likely to try and go back to that loft. As far as the male/female, I don't know for sure. I've been told that the ones do...

Do you know how old the birds are? I would try leaving them in the coop for a little longer than two weeks before opening the door and letting them free fly. I usually leave the bobs up for awhile until they get use to going in and out. Then each day lower another bob to the point you have all the b...

An Excellent rating takes three things: 1) A dog with superior hips 2) A good set of films 3) OFA radiologists in a good mood. OFA will rate ANY set of films, no matter how poorly they were done or how poorly the dog was positioned. That could keep you from getting an accurate rating. Also - it's s...

I just sold a 2 year old male to a guy that is having problems with him marking in the house. This dog was always kenneled and never allowed in the house before he was bought. I do know that the guy had a male before so that is probably part of the problem.

I started out by pouring a 16x36 foot slab with a 3" drop towards the drain and installed a gutter system. I would go for it. Accidents happen. Looks to me like hips have been tested in past generations, which doesn't guarantee that yours are going to be good but greatly helps the odds. You could put some type of fencing around the coop so the dog can't actually get close enough to get to the pigeons. Mines not in my backyard but is fairly close to the kennels. Some of the dogs don't bother it, some do. I'm planning on putting a small fence around it so I don't have to worry about ...
