If I have to buy shells it's got to be the Fedral or Winchester pheasant loads going 1330 fps in #4's. I reload most of my shells and they mimic the Winchester commercial load very closely with pattern and velocity.

Overall dimensions are 30" long X 16" wide X 10" deep. Thats from wall to wall excluding the tack board to hold the canvas in place. There is 6" inbetween the middle bar on the top. The bigger pieces are 3/4" X 2". The smaller rails are 1"X 3/4".
