Re: Foods to add weight
I had a dog that no matter what type of food or amount I fed her would not gain weight. She didn't have worms just an extremely high metabolism. Tried several oils without any weight gain. I talked to my vet and she said to use coconut oil as it worked the best for adding weight on dogs. I added 2 t...

Another vote for the BPS. The one in my house was used by my father, myself, and now my son. It has to be over 30 years old now and is still in great working order.

Sore on Dog
(Repeated post on another forum) My female GSP has a sore on her chest area. You can't tell from the picture but it sticks out a good 3/4" - 1". Had to hold her on her back and take the picture myself. I've been putting neosporen on the sore and it looks good when she is in the yard or in the kennel...

I have a Monte 12 guage in left hand. I love it and take it out in all kinds of weather. It's light and recoil is light with 1 1/4 oz loads.
A gun that I would like to get is the Winchester Super X3 in 20 ga. Saw one at a youth pheasant hunt and I want one!

Paid $26.50 per 40 lb bag of Professional Athlete this week. For that price I will stick with it as the dogs have done very well on it. That is as long as they didn't change the formula drastically and the dogs continue to do well. The new Professional Athlete formula is going to be $40 for 40 lb i...

If I have to buy shells it's got to be the Fedral or Winchester pheasant loads going 1330 fps in #4's. I reload most of my shells and they mimic the Winchester commercial load very closely with pattern and velocity.

I recently purchased a Clitoris O/U 525 12 ga Feather weight. I have read some things that make me concerned about the reliability of ejectors. Puppy poop question
I was wondering if it is usual for puppy poop to be more of a paste than solid. The reason I ask is that my older dogs are easy to clean up after in the kennel while the pup's kennel is a pain. I'm feeding Arkat's Pro Athelete to the older dogs and Enhance Puppy to the young one.
