SPORTDOG FIELDTRAINER SD-400 REMOTE
SPORTDOG FIELDTRAINER SD-400 REMOTE I've seen a couple of these for sale cheap! They say they're only good up to 5-9 ft. and will need repair. Anybody have an idea as to what's wrong with them? I'm thinking if it's an easy fix I might give it a try. A couple of my buddies have Sportdog collars and a...

It's pretty clear from her behaviour that the whole thing confused and upset her. Only one solution, start over in small increments - one dog, one other hunter - and build slowly. One thing that I might add. Keep in mind that in the first year, or so, it's all about growing up and training. After that it's about living with your dog.??? I have a question, what exactly is the advantage to "steady to flush/shot"? In most hunting situations isn't it an advantage to get to the bird as quickly as possible? I live in Colorado, humidity is genrally low and I've never had a problem keeping guns in a "soft sided" case. An easy way to make a set of snap caps is to take a couple spent hulls, trim them down, pop out the primers and replace with pencil erasers. Pop them in, pull the trigger (twice), and you're set.
