My Vizsla was attacked on the Kansas colorado border while hunting pheasants in thick crp. We were also attacked twice in pike national forest. I carry a handgun when ever I hunt now while hunting. They are breeding with wolves and becoming larger and bolder. Be safe out there.

Couldn’t you connect it to a Garmin watch like Fenix or instinct and then it would vibrate on you wrist? That’s what my fenix 5 and Garmin 320 does. Works great

I have used Sportdog for many years. I had one collar battery fail after 2 years. The sportdog rep sent me a free upgrade collar since I purchased it through Gundog Supply.

With that being said...I like the Garmin Pro 550 for birddogs and the more basic Garmin because of lights.
