What's the best way to start a 9 month old brittany to the ecollar? He knows basic commands but lil hard headed at times, more out in the field. I want him to come when I say so. Thanks

Ya that's what I figured. I have an 8 month old brittany that has been in the house since 8 wks old. He's coming along nicely but still has along ways to go but a guy told me I'd ruin him by keeping him inside. I just laughed and said time will tell. Lol. Thanks for all the responses

How many of u keep your bird dog in the house? A guy told me a good dog is not a house dog. I just wanted to see some opinions.

Is there anyone on here that might have some pigeons that I could buy from them. I just need to get some birds around this pup. I would really appreciate the help. I'm pretty new at the bird dog world.

I guess what I'm really asking is there someone with a seasoned dog that I can take him with to see how he does. I've walked alot of hedge rows and thickets but haven't seen alot of birds.

I live in chetopa ks and was seeing if there is anyone close to me that would be willing to help me put my dog on some birds. I have an 8 month old brittany shows good potential but hasn't seen alot of birds.
