I recently got a 5-year old golden retriever from a breeder of field trial champions. He gave me a bag of Purina Pro Plan Sport and told me to feed him 2 1/2 cups per day. Nothing else, except treats during training. He said: "Just make sure you can feel his ribs.

I'm in very good shape for 66--much better than I ever expected. But I'm also a pragmatist and know that I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was. Like my golden before him, Doc will keep me young.
