Hey guys, I know there is a big GSP following in here but I’m hoping for some Brittany help! The wife gave me the okay to add another bird dog to the family with the only stipulation that she’d really like a liver/white color male Brittany... If I were you, grab a WIHA atlas and head out to the counties in the western third of the state. You'll find plenty of opportunities and your dog will get to run itself ragged, after all, watching the dogs work is really what it's all about. If it is still a puppy and you are not familiar with the training steps that this trainer will use then I would say hold off, have fun with the dog and continue to build your relationship with the dog. depen...

I would put the ecollar away, and reread "training with mo" or some of the articles on http://www.steadywithstyle.com. The West method isn't one that really can be mixed with other plans. I've seen only one other Brittany that was close to that size at 55 lbs he dwarfed the others that the breeder had.
