First a treeing walker is not really considered a fox hound unless you are in the far west where a fox will tree. Try a running walker, a july , or a trigg. I must admit that, on one level, the sand pit with a fire hydrant is funny. :D I had one setter that loved to lay in water to cool off....I used a small horse trough in his larger fenced area and filled and dumped after each use. Not sure that it helped but Rock enjoyed it. W/o being emptied tho......
