Nice Whatsnext, We're in agreement. Seen great dogs both ways too. My choice has just led me away for financial reasons and dog #s. My personal preference thats all and not pushing it on anyone. Thanks.

of the 14 dogs I have 5 are Wirehaired Dachshunds. Wirehaired Dachshunds it is, because they are tough and versatile. Plus you have to be tough hided to hunt with them, you will certainly get some laughs. Best personality out of any dog i have ever seen.

Nice Tooling. Great story. I used to run around the woods with dogs as a kid, to escape. Found real peace there. These days when I take the dogs out, I get to feel like a kid again. Ain't it grand! Dogs rule, no matter what breed, just glad there other dog nuts out there.
