Like said before you can turn a 20 into a 28 by shooting loads like fiocchi 3/4 ounce training loads out of and 20 and still have the ability to shoot 7/8 and 1 once loads through the same gun.

I have both in 20 gauge. I like the sl better but I like light weight guns with a little bit of weight forward. If you like the balance point of a gun in between your hands then you will like the L version more.

Thank you for the responses. The buyer and I are on the same page no problems there. We have a coffee shop contract on paper handwritten LOL! Don't want anyone giving up their honey holes but how's everyones season going so far? Ours has been pretty decent haven't been skunked on any spots yet,dogs have been doing well.

The pheasant are fun in ND but if you want a new bad habit go up in September and hunt the sharptail..... You will be hooked. Nice looking dog!
