Just to correct one small point. The e-collar is only banned in Wales not in all of Britain. So does mine, but does yours shake on command? After an outside wash down after a run, before being towelled down , mine are told to "shake!" They will do it on command up to 6 times before saying, " That's it. I'm getting dizzy." :) I use shake to piss of my family members. ;) It works best around...
