Welcome to the board. Sounds like you want to hunt your GSP. Are there any local kennels that may be able to train him? Thats what I plan on doing myself.

saturate in olive oil with some garlic, all day in a bag. I like to add some seasoning.....I personally like the Robertson Seasoning (Duck Commander) added with this mixture. Then fry it in olive oil with a pinch of pepper. Taste is amazing.
