i did the majority of my training solo. one thing i can say is remote launchers remote launchers and remote launchers. as for gun breaking, you should try to get someone to help you with that, depending on your method.

Ghillie- this is basically a bird house. the one pictured can hold about 30 bobs. when using them for training you can let a few out and leave a few in and the ones left in will call back the other birds once you are finished with them. i have a one way funnel system so they can get in, but not out....

Jeff, I dont have any pictures of the inside and I'm not using the JH at the moment so it would do no good to take more pictures, BUT I would highly recommend the tube style feeder and waterer just because there is no way for the birds to foul either of it. I have used all sorts of things as feeders...
