I'm currently using Odoban which seems to be doing good. Sealing the concrete will help but you have to do something about runoff. Lyme works great for this but since I started using Odoban, I stopped using Lyme.

I have had good results using the Seresto collars and I live on a lake in deep south east Texas. Zero fleas or ticks on any dog for over 2 years now. The package says that they last 8 months but I only replace them every January. Sorry, I have no experience with Bravecto but I see no reason to chang...

Re: Rattlesnake Vaccine???
The thing about rattlesnake bites is that they are highly variable in how much venom is injected. One can't know in the field if a dog got a "dry" bite (with no venom injected), or a very severe bite, or something in between. Either way one is going to end up at the Vet. Bill YES they still have to...

I cant "free feed" my dogs at any age. They would be severely over weight and may bloat or twist their stomach or cause fights if one walks away. It also depends on the feed as to how much you feed. Calories in = Calories out. 2- 2/12 cups should be plenty. Heck my 55lb active males only get that mu...

I believe that every Dog deserves the chance to succeed but this Dog needs to go into your local Rescue Group. The Breeder (if you can call them that) should refund you and you go get a puppy from a good breeder.
If I was near you, I would take it in.

You are not describing a "started dog'" but rather a rescue since multiple homes have owned it.... RED FLAG. You should not have been charged that much and should have been told of the dogs history. Eating birds is a discipline problem not a lack of food problem. You are already feeding twice as much as I give my high food driven dogs and I have never had one actually eat a bird. Just my opinion but feed for condition and train for field manners.
