Not pigeons but I saw and ad for 8wk pheasants by Branched Oak for sale. If interested I can steer you in the right direction. They were $6 ea with 5 bird minimum.

I'm getting a female that will remain intact. The britt I had was fixed but still drew about any stray/loose dog in the neighborhood to my yard, I chased many off. Never had one get in the current fenced area but I'm sure with a bit more insentive they could get in...

What your dog is doing is called 'submissive urination' and as stated ignore the dog for 5-10 minutes. When you do greet the dog stay calm and get down to their level to give your hellos. She should grow out of it.
