My first Britt as an adult was an only pup. He was an awesome dog. That was about 24 years ago and he is still the best bird dog I have ever owned (close match up between him and my 13 yr old female I have now, she has found more birds in her lifetime but she's been on more good leases than he was d...

I have a kennel full of dogs from the Flying O, easy to train and bird finding machines. Ed has been around a long time and has forgotten more about Brittanies than most will ever learn. BTW, Black is only not acceptable in show, who gives a chit? AKC papers have Black as an option in registering.

I once owned one. bought it for a rescue dog that refused to go in it. He also shredded the cheap foil insulation. However, I found the thing to be well thought out and sturdy (other than the insulation thing). This was many years ago so maybe they've upgraded a bit; and it was an adult dog I was d...

I'd say your best bet would be an electric heater of some kind in one of the empty holes and a nice little Honda Generator. And I'm not sure how "little" of a generator you can use that will still run a heater. But spend the extra for the quiet Honda. Plus they last forever.

Re: Adding water tank to dog trailer---Opinions wanted
I hauled two of those jugs on the back shelf of my old dog trailer for years. They are pretty durable. Only issue I can think of, is with it being inside the box, if any water splashes out of the little air hole, it will be inside the box and it will splash out of that little air hole. Even if you h...

Thanks y'all I have heard this can happen. And yes food & water is on the floor.
And yes, it's a pigeon and pigeons die but I don't think asking for opinions from experienced people that have raised pigeons for a long time is over thinking it. It's still an animal under my care.

Carry a slingshot. They will get to where they wont just hang out and watch you. I have a family of Red Foxes here at my house / neighborhood, they drive the dogs crazy at night running up and down the street and in between properties.
