I would go another 2 weeks ..then let them out for an hour or so a day for a few weeks then take the for a short ride maybe a mile or so maybe twice.. then three miles a few times.. then five then your good to go

I figured I would try this on here this gun is one of 1900 made in 1984 and is new in box never fired still has factory tags;;the receiver is all ingraved and it sports a handsome walnut srieght English stock..would be a good gun in someones collection or an awesome upland gun ...I really would like...

ive been using the seresto collars on my two dogs for the last three months and have not found a tick on the dogs but each time out I pic three or more off me the one day I pick 11 off me so the collars work

keeping a high strung dog with one that's not ....my one setter is very high strung and even in the off season is very active even being in the kennel all day its hard to keep weight on him my younger one is opposite if there is no birds involved he just lays around like an old hound and he is star...

yup seen that I had a pup that went blind for 3 or 4 or 5 day can't remember but he looked like that just worst..vet said to keep flushing them that it was something in the field that he was allergic to... I still have the dog and it never happened again that was ten years ago ...so I would not worry

I would give bleach a try. After cleaning the piles spray it down with a a bleach mix? When I had my outdoor kennel, I would use by pressure washer and actually use the soaper. Once a week. this fall I put up a new kennel..so I poured a 15x20 slab it came out great the only thing is now that spring is here and I had a chance to open the windows in my kitchen I realized I built it to close to the house. well I can't move it now ..so what is a good odor killer

I just cant get anuff info on Bravecto.. there are not a lot of reviews It must be to new so I think I will sit this one out a while.. I just ordered two seresto® flea & tick collars they were under 40.00 each so we will see how they work

at nine weeks I like to take about 6,7 or 8 young quail that run and hoop around like frogs and just put them and the pup in some low grass or even the yard and let the pup have the time of his life with them let him pounce eat kill what ever he wants to with them ... I also am not one to run to the vet ...that being said .I think any swoleness on that part of a dog deserves a trip to the vet only because there is a lot of stuff that can be injured on that part of the dog that can go bad

setter... both planted and wild if there is any wind he is locking up over 50 yrds... I am not used to that my other setter don't even get scent on a good scenting day till he is inside 20 to 30 yards

What breed is your dog - just for interests sake ? I don't consider 40 yards too far off for my setters. Common for them to point a 100 ++ yard off. If they hold the bird till I get there what does it matter how far off? Anything much less than 40 yards ,and I might as well boot the bird up myself....

Hello Smitty, Yes, the dog in the video has been trained and finished without an ecollar. I understand your surprise. I do finish many of the dogs without the use of ecollars. But, you're right. Not all dogs possess the cooperation necessary to be trained and finished without the use of an ecollar....

my coop is only 4x6 and I keep 20 or so birds on hand ..so to save room what I did was took 6. 3 gallon square buckets and screwed them to the coop with the lids to the outside for easy clean up... works great save a lot of room

I also was having good success with frount line but then the year before least the fleas set in so bad and it like stoped working.. now I am using bayer tree & and shrub on the dogs and no more fleas

I cut them in strips get three strips out of a tag and I zip tie the to dogs collar..I also hung a few around the kennel and that took care of the flies ...27.00 a bag and that will last me two years

what I like to do at that age and younger is to take about a dozen young quail and turn them loose all in one big heap in front of the pup let the pup chase, stump, eat and just have a blast with them ..them little birds hopping around like frogs on the ground should get him going
