I have the Scott linden and love it. Works great when I have to keep the dog under control until we get to our hunting grounds(walking through private property). It's great to walk the dog with too and keep hands free. I just won another one off his Facebook so I can keep it in my truck. I like to u...

Good Chuckar boots?
What's everyone's opinion on a good Chuckar boot, last year I bought a pair of meindl ultralights last year and while there good for hunting, not so good for the Chuckar hills. There a little to wide and the sole is soft. Need something with good support and a hard sole for traversing rockslides and...

In my truck I secure the box by ratchet straps on both sides from front to back and it will not move. In my SUV I secure his box directly to the sides, there are a few tie down spots in my cargo space, can't go to tight though cause there plastic.

Just wondering what everyone is paying for a case of shotgun shells lately, standard trap loads of 7.5 or 8s, 250 rounds per case?
I'm finding them about 65-70 a case and sometimes 52 to 60 on clearance at cabelas? 12 and 20 are running about the same.

If its during hunting or training I wouldn't worry to much, my setter seems to pee more often during endurance times. The vet told me they will try and keep there bowels empty to give them more endurance. Don't know if its true but it doesn't seem to have a neg affect.

Whatever gun you decide to go with make sure you invest in getting it fitted to you and having a good pad put on it. Also get plenty of practice in at the sporting clays range until you feel comfortable with it.
Good luck
