Good Chuckar boots?

What's everyone's opinion on a good Chuckar boot, last year I bought a pair of meindl ultralights last year and while there good for hunting, not so good for the Chuckar hills. There a little to wide and the sole is soft. Need something with good support and a hard sole for traversing rockslides and...

Just wondering what everyone is paying for a case of shotgun shells lately, standard trap loads of 7.5 or 8s, 250 rounds per case?

I'm finding them about 65-70 a case and sometimes 52 to 60 on clearance at cabelas? 12 and 20 are running about the same.

Whatever gun you decide to go with make sure you invest in getting it fitted to you and having a good pad put on it. Also get plenty of practice in at the sporting clays range until you feel comfortable with it.

Good luck
