I will admit that 16 weeks is young for a bark collar. But if plan A fails, the bark collar would be plan B. You could try the spray bottle or you could try the Dogtra ys 300 and use the Page only, so the pup learns how to turn it off.

Something has to be wrong then. Because I have been using Dogtra for about 14 years and I have never had to go over 50 and most I could stop the chase at 35.
My collars are just about always used from 14-25. for training and hunting.
